No Agreement On CO2 Legislation In Sight
May 2007 | Legal NewsEuropean Union leaders still cannot agree on a way forward for proposed CO2 emissions requirements on vehicles. During a recent meeting of EU finance ministers, Germany's representative, Michael Glos, made a case for different CO2 limits for different types of vehicles or possibly even for each vehicle manufacturer. Glos called for the "individuality of different vehicle manufacturers" to be taken into account at a recent meeting of EU finance
