Ford Completes Record Year
January 2007 | Company Finance AlertUS carmaker Ford has finished 2006 with a sales record for the Middle East. The Ford group's sales rose by 21% y-o-y to surpass 55,000 units, driven largely by its SUV segment, which recorded growth of 30% y-o-y. According to Ford Middle East sales and marketing director Hussain Murad, the group should achieve further growth of 25% in 2007, based on a slew of new launches, which will include added focus on the Mercury
