Malaysia's Proton may have found the international partner it has been looking for, since parting ways with Japan's Mitsubishi in January 2005. The Malaysian government has revealed that it is in talks with France's PSA Peugeot Citroen and Germany's Volkswagen regarding a potential strategic alliance.
