Turkey's export-oriented automotive industry is witnessing rapid growth, which will be sustained as several autos majors and suppliers are planning large investment programmes over the next few years, according to BMI's latest Turkey Automotive Report. Turkey's importance as a regional centre for auto production has grown in recent years, with foreign players utilising the country's low-cost labour base, favourable exchange rate and key geographic location for exports into the wider MEA region.
