More Uncertainty For GM

US carmaker General Motors faces more uncertainty after shareholder Kirk Kerkorian's company Tracinda Corp informed the US Securities and Exchange Commission that it would abandon a plan to acquire a further 12 million shares. Kerkorian already holds a 9.9% stake in GM and the extra shares would have increased the shareholding to almost 12%.
