Commission May Approve Aid To Poland's FSO
September 2006 | Company Finance AlertPolish economic ministry officials claim that the European Commission is likely to approve US$100mn of government aid for carmaker FSO.The Commission is examining whether the firm's restructuring programme makes financial sense. FSO's current product license expires in 2007 and new owner AvtoZAZ has yet to secure a production contract with an autos major.
