Saudi Arabia is one of the Middle East's largest automotive markets, with 497,849 vehicles sold in 2005. BMI's latest Saudi Arabia Automotive Report forecasts a 2.4% drop in sales in 2006 due to the impact of the collapse in the local bourse, which hit Saudi householders with equity savings and prompted some to cut back on big budget
