Volkswagen To Produce New Bus
August 2006 | Project NewsVolkswagen continues to bet on Mexico as a strong production hub. With an aspiration that harks back to 2004, the carmaker is bidding to strengthen its position in the truck and bus segment. VW's Mexican truck and bus subsidiary, VW Camiones y Autobuses, has announced plans to make a new bus with a capacity of 17 tonnes and which will be able to seat up to 40 passengers.
