Nissan Bets On The UK
September 2006 | Industry NewsGood news for the UK's car industry. Nissan has announced plans to produce a new 4x4 vehicle in the country, which, according to press reports, should safeguard or create 1,200 jobs. The new Qashqai will be built at Nissan's plant in Sunderland where production is expected to begin in December.
