Supply Stunts Mazda Sales

Mazda Australia has revealed that worldwide demand for the Mazda3 model could hamper its own sales. Doug Dickson, managing director of Mazda Australia, stated that if more cars were available they would be sold, as demand is strong, particularly for the Mazda3. As it is, the company expects sales of 67,000 units in 2006, taking market share up marginally to 6.8% from 6.7% in 2005 on sales of 66,520
