Polish Output Surges Despite Domestic Slump
July 2006 | Market Trend AnalysisPoland witnessed a surge in automotive production in the first half of 2006, despite a continuing slump in the domestic market. The passenger car segment accounted for 84.5% of total output, with the rest comprising commercial vehicles. Passenger car output was up 18.6% y-o-y to 306,938 units, while commercial vehicle output rose by 20.4% y-o-y to 56,198
