GM Latest For Brazilian Job Cuts

General Motors is the latest carmaker to announce job cuts at its Brazilian operations, as the strengthening real continues to undermine the competitiveness of exports. Around 960 jobs will go at GM's plant in Sao Jose dos Campos, where workers will be offered voluntary redundancy packages.
