Audi Plant At Full Throttle
April 2006 | Company News AlertAudi has begun manufacturing 10-cylinder fuel stratified injection (FSI) engines at its plant in Gyõr, northwest Hungary, while output is rising to record levels.The plant recorded record production in Q1 2006, with the production of 493,831 engines, an increase of 24% y-o-y. Strong growth was underpinned by an 18% rise in productivity, according to Audi Hungaria executives.
