Russia Poised To Welcome MNCs
March 2006 | Industry NewsAccording to the governor of the Leningrad Region Valery Serdyukov, Japan's Nissan will decide on a location for its Russian plant by April 1. Representatives from the company visited St Petersburg, already home to Ford, and the Leningrad Region this week to study potential sites. Following the final decision, an agreement will be signed with the country's Economic Development and Trade Ministry.
