Iran Khodro Secures More Contracts

Iran Khodro has signed an agreement to export 530 buses to Azerbaijan in a deal worth US$25mn. Managing Director of Iran-Khodro Diesel Company Majid Sheykhani said the diesel-powered buses are designed both for short and long-haul journeys.The bus supply contract will be followed by a feasibility project for construction of a bus assembly line in Azerbaijan, which Iran Khodro hopes to complete by end-March 2007.
