Contract Uncertainty Could Impede Early Sales

A Unified Contracts Law, which was introduced by Dubai's Ministry of Economy on January 1 2012 to make the car buying process more transparent, could have the opposite effect, after the Dubai Department of Economy (DED) disputed certain articles of the law and called for its suspension. BMI believes the ensuing uncertainty for consumers could have some impact on sales in the early stages of the year.
