The Estonian new car sales market has witnessed strong growth over the course of 2011, with the most recent data available from AMTEL (the Estonian car sale and service companies association) showing that there was an 85% annual increase in the number of cars sold during August, to reach 1,312 units sold. This brings the year-to-date figure to 9,988 cars, an increase of 86% year on year (y-o-y).
