Scania's Q311 Performance: VW Backing Remains Key

Pessimism about the global economy and an ancitipated fall in commercial vehicle demand is beginning to weigh on Scania. The truck maker posted a muted 1.6% year-on-year (y-o-y) increase in its net income in Q311, which it blamed on slowing demand in southern Europe and the Middle East.
