Gildermeister-Bramont Deal Will Be Mutually Beneficial

Chile's Gildermeister Group has acquired a 70% stake in Brazil-based Bramont, which carries out production for India's Mahindra & Mahindra at its Manaus plant. BMI believes that the development testifies our long-held view that carmakers from emerging markets will increase their international presence.
