Tesla Seeks European Expansion

US electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Tesla Motors is seeking more gains in the European alternative fuel vehicle segment by making inroads into the Italy. Having launched its limited-production Roadster electric sports car in the UK, Denmark, France and Spain, the carmaker is targeting Italy and is hoping to benefit from developments in the country's renewable energy sector.
